In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Boston Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in Boston City Hall, Piemonte Room, at 6:00 p.m. on July 24, 2019 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat.

Join the Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics (MONUM) and the Solomon Foundation for the Day Square Pop-Up Plaza. We hope this plaza helps to show the community the possibilities for future public space possibilities in Day Square and the rest of East Boston. The plaza will be up from 10 am to 6 pm with programming scheduled throughout the day. Feel free to come in and out of the space and also just hang out and bring lunch to enjoy in the space.
