Healthy Women, Families, and Communities

We focus on the health of residents and protecting communities across the City of Boston. We review services for children, families, and seniors, with a focus on women and girls.

Some of the public health issues we work on include domestic violence and child abuse. Our efforts with young people include summer jobs and studying youth violence. We work on topics affecting women and girls with the Committee on Public Safety and Criminal Justice.
