Faisa Sharif

Deputy Director, Neighborhood Services

Faisa Sharif currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Office of Neighborhood Services. In this role she oversees the operations of the department with an aim to improve overall engagement across City neighborhoods, delivering City services, and ensuring the department’s quality of the work under the leadership of Chief of Civic Engagement, Jerome Smith.

Faisa brings to the deputy director role an extensive background in community engagement and experience solving resident issues and concerns as the former liaison for the South End, Bay Village, and Somali community in the Office of Neighborhood Services. She grew up in the South End and has lived and worked in the neighborhood for the past 15 years.
