We are the fiduciary for the Boston Retirement System, a governmental defined benefit plan.

problems with Biennial Affidavits

There has been an issue with the U.S. Post Office returning affidavits to retirees as non-deliverable. If your affidavit is returned, you have three options:

  1. mail it in a new envelope to: Boston Retirement System, Room 816, Boston City Hall, Boston, MA 02201
  2. fax it to 617-635-4318, or
  3. you may deliver it in person to Room 816, Boston City Hall.

Our board serves members and retirees of all City of Boston departments, the Boston Planning & Development Agency, the Boston Housing Authority, the Public Health Commission, and the Boston Water and Sewer Commission.
