The Community Preservation Act uses funds to support historic preservation, affordable housing, and parks and open space. About the site:
Memorial Hall is a 1791 mansion serving veterans and the larger community. It's also the home of Abraham Lincoln's Secretary of War. This fall, $500,000 in Community Preservation Act funds will go to restoring the exterior of Memorial Hall,
