Parks Fitness: Yoga with Karma
Participate in FREE fitness classes offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Meet at the top of Savin Hill to connect with your community and flow into your Saturday with an all levels Vinyasa class linking breath with movement while surrounded by the beauty of nature. Bring your mat or a towel, water and some sunscreen as we will hopefully be enjoying the sunshine! The path to the top of Savin Hill is located at corner of Caspian Way and Rockmere St.
